Crawford Park

Operated by the Town of Rye, Crawford Park is a beloved part of the Rye community, and its care and preservation are tended to by both volunteers and municipal departments. Beautiful and historic Crawford Park offers much to explore, including gardens, sprawling lawns, rustic woods, a walking/jogging path, playing fields, and a historic mansion, all available for rental.

The marketing for this multi-use venue space had always been buried within the Town's large, outdated municipal website, forcing staff to field endless calls and visits to answer even basic questions. We created this website to integrate directly with their venue booking software, serve as an online brochure for the venue spaces, and receive initial booking requests. This website has not only led to an 80% reduction in phone calls and a 200% increase in sales, but also given the staff time to handle rentals for additional municipal spaces.
