Online Tobacco Training LLC

Online Tobacco Training LLC is a New York State-certified program that trains retail employees on the proper way to sell tobacco, e-cigarettes, and vape products — helping businesses stay compliant with state law and protect their tobacco and lottery licenses. As the first NYS-certified program to offer this training online, they needed a website that made it simple for retailers to get employees certified from any computer, on their own schedule. We built a straightforward, conversion-focused site that gets business owners from "I need to train my staff" to a completed certification with minimal friction, including account management and group training tools for multi-location retailers.
