When we took on their brand, the goal was to position Putney as a serious, authoritative voice for management-side labor law — a firm sophisticated enough to advise major employers while reflecting the diversity of the workforce and clients they serve. We built a brand identity and website with a bold, confident visual language and messaging that speaks to corporate decision-makers navigating complex labor issues, helping Putney stand out in a crowded field of management-side firms. That brand image carried Putney through their merger with Bond, Schoeneck & King (BSK), one of the Northeast's largest full-service firms, giving them a strong identity to bring into the combined practice.
