Lake Las Vegas

Working with the real estate communications firm Connected Communications, we needed to create a website to showcase the extraordinary master-planned community of Lake Las Vegas. During a period of rapid growth in the Las Vegas area, luxury master-planned communities were being built faster than they could be sold, and this community was further from downtown than most. Planned as an oasis in the desert, our job was to convince luxury home buyers that it was worth double the commute for the exclusive experiences. While the real estate market in all of Southern Nevada slowed to almost a halt, the community of Lake Las Vegas continued to have stable sales and presales for each new planned community. This site has since been converted to an AI-based system for constant updates and optimization. We were contracted to handle the 18-month transition for this project.
